Membership subscriptions automatically renew and will be automatically billed until we receive notification that you want to cancel the subscription.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.
Cancellation policy: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of their appointment fee for the first time and 100% for subsequent missed appointments. If you arrive late to your scheduled appointment you may be required to reschedule for a later time or another day and appropriate charges for a missed appointment will apply. If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site.
