Outdoor park spots are limited to 20 participants, with many classes already filling up. However we have a waitlist available on this page by filling out the form above. You will receive an email if you make it off the waitlist and are registered for the class.
** Please note - entries that have duplicate emails, incorrect information or missing details (i.e. no last name) will not be added to the waitlist. While we generally go in order based on sign-up time, we reserve the right to select a balance between new and existing patients in order to allow members of the community to join the event.

Core Connection - Learn core activation techniques combined with an ab busting workout. Led by pelvic health physiotherapists’ Katie Yamamoto and Amanda Dawson.
Brain and Body - Challenge your body with a circuit of slow and fast movements combined with brain integration exercises
Fit To Run - designed to help you improve your running performance and prevent injury, including a combination of cardiovascular exercise, strength training, and stretching.
High Octane HIIT - elevate your heart rate with this fun and and dynamic high intensity circuit training class
Please bring water and a yoga mat/blanket.
Some classes are more active than others, but we aim to make each class inclusive and welcoming for people of all ages and abilities. Our trainers and therapists are prepared to show modified variations of each exercise.
The events will be held, rain or shine, unless the weather is particularly bad. If that's the case, we will send out an email to registered participants.
Yes, however due to limited spots, we may restrict each attendee to one class if we have a waitlist.
