Outdoor park spots are limited to 20 participants, with many classes already filling up.
Please bring water and a yoga mat/blanket.
Some classes are more active than others, but we aim to make each class inclusive and welcoming for people of all ages and abilities. Our trainers and therapists are prepared to show modified variations of each exercise.
The events will be held, rain or shine, unless the weather is particularly bad. If that's the case, we will send out an email to registered participants.
We are only allowed a limited number of spots for each class due to permit restrictions. If you've signed up and can't attend, please cancel your booking or let us know asap so we can notify others who want to attend.
