Your normal exercise routine may have been impacted, but that doesn’t mean your goals need to be put on hold.

Studies show that inactivity can affect mental health, lead to muscle loss, reduced aerobic capacity, and an increased risk of injury with return to your normal routine. The World Health Organization recommends moderate intensity muscle strengthening exercise at least twice weekly for optimal health. 

Our 6-week Strength & Conditioning program allows you to achieve your movement goals under the supervision of a regulated health professional (Physio or Chiro).

This program is designed for individuals who want to jump start their activity:

    • Address minor or nagging stiffness, aches, and pains

If you have a specific condition or injury or require hands-on therapy, please book a Physiotherapy or Chiropractic assessment.

The first session is 60 minutes total, with 30 minutes set aside for discussion about your goals, injury history, general health and movement assessment. The remaining 30 minutes will introduce you to the basic movements of the program. A home exercise program will also be designed for you in order to reach your recommended weekly activity targets.

Each week includes a subsequent 45 minute visit (5 total). These are one-on-one, supervised exercise sessions, conducted in our semi-private gym, with your therapist.

The complimentary Baseline Movement Analysis is one hour long with our Biomechanist. We recommend booking this session after your first visit. The results from the Baseline can help guide your future sessions. For more details, visit this page

Once the package is purchased, you will be able to book individual appointments as usual (online, in-person or by phone). Our scheduling software keeps track of the remaining sessions in your package.

You will be charged a flat rate of $125 for each visit at the time of the appointment, except for the complimentary Baseline Movement Analysis session.

A receipt will be emailed to you after each appointment that you can submit to your insurance (under Physiotherapy or Chiropractic).

If you do not complete all 6 sessions within the package, you will be charged the full cost of the Baseline Movement Analysis.

We take great care to maintain strict cleaning and safety procedures. All gym equipment that will be used during the session is thoroughly sanitized between sessions. We also have COVID screening, physical distancing, proper personal protective equipment (PPE), and staggered appointments in place.

Our therapists are experts in movement evaluation, exercise and rehabilitation, having spent years studying and working with clients of all ages and abilities.

In addition to this, many of our therapists have additional certifications and strong prior experience in a strength and conditioning setting. This includes working with elite, professional and Olympic athletes, as well as personal experience training and competing at a high level in sport.
