This program provides those recovering from surgery up to daily access to our rehab gym and specialized recovery tools, offering access to professional-level rehabilitation equipment similar to what athletes use, but at an affordable price.
No, this program is an optional add-on service. It is meant to enhance an existing rehabilitation program and is separate from 1:1 sessions with your therapist.
After signing up, you can book time in the rehabilitation space via phone, email, or in-person. Only one member can book per time slot (60 minutes) to ensure adequate space in the rehab gym, and each member is permitted one session per day between 8 am-5 pm. Sessions are unsupervised, but an equipment orientation will be provided beforehand.
Please note that this does not guarantee exclusive access to our facility, as therapists may use the equipment and gym space during 1:1 treatment sessions.
The membership is a separate service not covered by extended health benefits. It may qualify under a Health Spending Account (HSA).
Participation in the program requires an active therapy plan with one of our therapists. While the program is designed for post-operative patients, ask your therapist if it may be right for your specific injury.
Depending on your functional level, your therapist will recommend specific equipment for your recovery. Our rehab space has a variety of equipment accessible to you through this program, including:

No. While our facility does include weight training equipment, this program is meant to enhance your recovery and does not replace a traditional gym. We often work closely with trainers and coaches to ensure you can train around your injury safely and effectively.
