Everyone’s recovery journey is different and depends on many factors. However, it is well established in the research that returning to sports prior to 9 months after surgery is not recommended. We designed our All-inclusive program around this timeline to ensure a safe return to activity.
Yes, the amount of sessions that you require during each phase will be determined collaboratively with your therapist. We also require a 9-month commitment to ensure the best recovery and outcomes (which is in-line with scientific consensus).
Many of the latest innovations in rehab after surgery require frequent sessions to have an effect (i.e. blood flow restriction therapy, visuomotor training, etc). We designed this program in order to eliminate the cost uncertainty surrounding a proper recovery from ACL surgery.

Absolutely! The principles of recovery after an ACL injury remain the same even if you haven’t undergone surgery. However, you may progress quicker through certain stages, particularly the initial phase.
